Dr.Sushil Mohan – Founder Director :
Dr.Mrs. Sushil Mohan is a great visionary who has been involved in different social organizations in various capacities right from the early 80s. She is basically an English Post graduate teacher. She is a philanthropist, a dedicated social worker in serving the less privileged, abandoned and needy people. Her endeavors has spread to different communities across India. She was instrumental in planting various social centers in the remote villages.

Mrs.Hannah Charles – Director- Missions
Mrs Hannah Charles plays a primary role in ensuring good governance and functioning of the foundation. She served the Government of Tamil Nadu for more than 20 years and has now become a full time worker. In truth, she is the Co-Founder of the I.V.C.M Foundation. She carries out her task with no expectation of reward.
Mr.Robin Chellappa – Director- Promotions
Robin is an Associate Professor, School of Information Technology, Deakin University, Burwood, Melbourne, Australia. He tries to bring hope to those with none and change the lives of everyone he works with, including the staff, donors, volunteers and partners. He also does service among the youth.
Ms.Esther Joyce – Director- Projects
Esther is a committed young Lady with a passion to serve humanity. She is working as an Accountant in Women’s Christian College, Chennai-6.She draws upon her extensive experience to make cost effective investment to establish an environment that not only supports the current needs of the organization, but also the foundation for future initiative. Her desire is to reach hundreds of underprivileged through the projects of IVCM Foundation.
Mrs.Maise Mehta – Patron
Maise is an enterprising lady with a vast knowledge and experience in management. She started her career as a teacher, working in Africa for 12 years, 10 years in UK and then in Moscow. She has a deep desire to do serve the down-trodden society.
